What kind of materials do you use in your products?
Our outdoor collections are designed to withstand the elements. All interior frames are made of either Powder Coated Aluminum or Powder Coated Steel. All our Wicker is HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) Wicker, that is mold and mildew resistant. Our Cushions are covered in either Solution Dyed 100% Olefin fabric or SunbrellaⓇ Fabric for longevity. Our Seat Cushions are made of foam, wrapped in Polyester fiber for added comfort, and our Back Cushions are filled with Polyester fiber creating a voluminous look, that is also cushy and relaxing. Our indoor sofas are constructed of solid birch and pine woods, upholstered in high quality fabrics.
None of our products are treated with flame retardants.

Do your products carry a Prop 65 Warning?
Yes. Our products are made from both man-made and natural materials that contain at least one of the chemicals listed under prop 65, and so we place that warning on all our products.
How do I care for my outdoor furniture?
You will find that it is actually quite easy to maintain and care for your outdoor set by going to our Care & Maintenance page. There you will find simple instructions for cleaning your frames, cushions and what to do during extreme winter conditions.
When will my card be charged for my order?
Your card will be charged upon order placement.
How do I use my discount code?
You will be prompted to enter a discount code at checkout. Some discount codes will be automatically applied to your cart as you shop, please check your cart during checkout time to ensure your discount code went through.
Can I place an order over the phone?

How much do you charge for shipping?
Nothing! Shipping to the lower 48 is always free!
What are my delivery options?
At this time, in-light of COVID-19, we are currently only offering curbside delivery.
When will my order ship?
All orders placed on our site will ship out from our Southern California warehouse within 1 week of the order being placed. All pre-orders will ship out within 12 weeks. Most pre-orders ship sooner, however, shipping is dependent on carrier availability.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notifying you of your tracking information. Your tracking number will contain a link to the carrier’s tracking page where you can enter your tracking number. Will I be notified when my shipment is being delivered?
Once your shipment arrives at its destination terminal, the local delivery company will contact you to make arrangements.
What if something is missing or damaged from my order?
In the case that you do not receive your full order or you received a damaged item, please note it on the BOL and proof of delivery paperwork that the delivery person will ask you to sign, then contact us as soon as possible via phone, email or chat. You can find our contact information here.
Does SunHaven offer a warranty?
