How It Works
When placing your order, please make sure that your phone number and shipping address are correct and up to date.
How It Works
1. We'll process your order, and our warehouse team will prepare it for shipment. Our goal is to ship all in-stock orders within one week. Actual shipping dates are dependent on carrier availability.
2. After your order ships, we'll email you a link to tracking information provided by our contracted carrier. Freight transit times vary. The typical transit times range from 2-3 weeks.
3. A regional carrier will call you to set up a 3-4 hour weekday delivery window, and will then arrive during that scheduled timeframe.
4. Be home and ready to sign for your order during your delivery window! (*Keep in mind, carriers are only able to bring your furniture to the front of your home)
5. If you’ve received your furniture and have encountered any issues, please visit our Returns page for next steps. Otherwise, get ready to enjoy your new outdoor oasis!

Items such as individual chairs, ottomans, coffee tables and cushions will be shipped via FedEx or UPS ground. You will receive tracking information when your order has shipped, and you can track your shipment through the link in the confirmation email you will receive or on the carrier’s website.
Most orders will be shipped through an LTL carrier. Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Your tracking number will contain a link to your LTL carriers website where you can track your order. Once your order arrives at its destination terminal the freight provider will call you to schedule your delivery appointment. Please keep in mind that at this time we can only offer Curbside delivery.
