If the order you receive is not to your liking, please contact us within 30 days of your order date and you may return your item for a refund. All returns must be received in new condition in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Our quality control teams domestically and abroad inspect all items before shipping to ensure each order is delivered safe and sound. We encourage you to do the same when once you receive your order. In the event you receive your furniture with damage to the packaging, refuse the shipment, document it with a photo and call us. In the event that there is something wrong with the production of your furniture, please contact us within 7 days of receiving.
In case you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, any cancellation will be considered a return and subject to our Return Policy.
SunHaven guarantees that all products will be free from defects in the material or workmanship of our products for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If a component is deemed defective within the terms of the warranty, we will furnish a replacement part at no cost. This warranty is applicable under conditions of normal use, but does not apply to any conditions of intentional or accidental damage, weather or weather related conditions or unreasonable use of our products.
Not covered under warranty:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damages caused by lack of appropriate care/maintenance.
- Damage caused by external sources.
- Slight compression of cushions.
- Any pet related damage to the furniture.
