The waterproof cover I received when I ordered our patio furniture failed prematurely allowing water to soak several sections. I emailed SunHaven and was emailed back the same day. The company is standing behind their product and making the situation right. I've had nothing but great customer service from SunHaven. This team takes care of their customers! How refreshing!

I bought a 9-piece Kensington furniture set one year ago and decided to also buy the $399 waterproof cover. Despite placing the furniture and cover in the basement for the winter, I found multiple furniture pieces soaked after each Spring rain this year. After inspecting the back of the cover after the first soaking I noticed cracking and flaking of the material used to "waterproof" the polyester. I then held the cover up to the sunlight and clearly saw light penetrating the material. I'm very disappointed in the lack of longevity in a cover that cost $399. The cover worked perfectly last year but now is unusable. I love our furniture but hope SunHaven can source a better cover for their customers.

I love the Kensington Navy 9 Piece Outdoor Wicker Large Sofa Set, I just wish is was a bit heavier. It seems a bit flimsy, but other than that I like it.

I had some issues with my outdoor furniture, 2 years after making my purchase, and the customer service team went above an beyond MY expectations without me even having to ask! I will never buy outdoor furniture from anyone other than Sun-Haven! True definition of 5 star service!
