I ordered the Cromwell 9 Piece Conversation Set. Shipped ahead of schedule, as it was back ordered when we decided to purchase. Arrived on time. Unboxed and set up in 30 minutes. Great quality, great looks. VERY comfortable. Now to the customer service side of things. Our furniture arrived, and upon further inspection, the coffee table and both ottomans were damaged during transit. Disappointing, but it happens. Called Sunhaven and they immediately had replacements shipped. No questions asked. Upon arrival the second time, both ottomans were in great shape but the coffee table was again damaged. Called again. GREAT service again! Third time was the charm! Honestly, my only piece of advice for Sunhaven would be to better protect their goods in packaging. However, no regrets in my purchase! Thank you Phil and team!

Love our new Cromwell 9 piece Conversation Set with end tables. We added an armless chair to extend the length of the couch. There are enough pieces to have multiple configurations depending on the number of guests. Very comfortable.
